Just did a quick search of California Superior Court docket in the San Diego area. The data looked as though it was about a week behind. I also checked the Federal Ninth Circuit Court but didn't see any docket data.

Really think any suit would be filed in the federal courts. Do more searching when I get the chance.

I would be very much surprised if this was a merger because of the receptionist response that "the man in charge of the PRLN case". Case sounds as though it is some kind of suit.
