DJ Magic Software Pricing -2: Merrill, Salomon Led Offer -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 25 Feb 9:25 NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--An offering of 4 million common shares of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (MGIC) priced at $25 each through underwriters led by Merrill Lynch & Co. and Salomon Smith Barney. Gross spread is $1.4375, selling concession is 86.25 cents and reallowance is 10 cents.
