Yes, you have to know your own psyche. I can't sleep at night knowing there's even a slight possibility I lose half my QCOM position. I'd rather sell puts.

I just sold some June 220s on JDSU. I am always more careful than the big boys (i.e. Teflon). I m trying to buy some short term calls and this is where the web can screw me up--I've missed two limit orders, JDSU sold off a bit, and I tried to get them then and so just called Fidelity to place them at the ask, we'll see. I need a faster connection. JDSU is starting its run for the day. I'm trying for March 250s and then one purely speculative March 300, what the heck, I occasionally gamble but always under 1K.
