HUGE DEAL! GREAT NEWS! Pinnacle to buy towers from LCC unit, others SARASOTA, Fla., Feb. 25 (Reuters) - Pinnacle Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BIGT), which owns towers for wireless communications around the country, said on Friday it has agreed to buy 233 towers from different companies for a total of $100.5 million. The Sarasota, Fla.-based company will buy up to 197 towers from Microcell Management Inc., a unit of wireless telecommunications consulting company LCC International Inc. (NASDAQ: LCCI). Microcell also entered a three-year lease deal with Pinnacle, for space on the towers. The 233 towers would be bought in a total of 22 separate deals, the company said.
