Armin, I have to admit I did not see the information you point out. I was looking at it from the view point of its Book vale per share of $12.71 (per Yahoo's profile). What am I missing here? If they had a fire sale and only received 20 cents on the $ they would get $2.5 per share and then there is this agreement with Lend Lease to buy a portion of their assets for $240+ million.
