another point Majors as well are very capable of making Major mistakes.I was told by an old mining guy that a good rule of thumb to follow is that a good property is generally walked over by the majors @ least three times and rejected!!!Another example of bungling would be the Hemlo that was brought to Van as no major would touch it.the original promoters went broke and were forced to talk with Peter & gus ( after approaching almost every one in the industry) to get Murry Pezzim to raise the monies.I believe this was also a world class ore body??? Fifty cents a share to 50 dollars Regards Jim
