Beats me where $26 is coming from, but this is the number I've been reading. Whoever came up with this number I do not know.

I agree with you, though, that $26 is absurd, and I would *not* agree to a sale at this price (and I would be shocked, as I stated in my earlier e-mail, if management did agree).

I feel a fairly valued price for BBN would be $45 a share, and selling for anything less would be way off base.
