I couldn't agree with you more. Your comments beg the question though. What is INSS's fair value? Obviously below 19 1/2, but how far? What is your rationale for "fair" or "reasonable"?

I am tempted to write the 17 1/2 puts.

I also think their future growth may depend more on the availability of qualified engineers than on marketing. Do you know if there is a current shortage of consultants?
