The Polaris mine which is 100km away from the north pole has been producing 250,000 tons of Ore since 1982.($181 dollars per ton.)
Ore can only be shipped during a three month period each year during the summer.
Now why don't we all have a look at the new directors resume, news was released in early Jan 2000.(Note the Mines he brought into production.)
Now why would a guy like this join starfield's board at this stage of his life?I have a feeling he has a better idea then all of us of what it takes to make a mine.
