Tech, some people just look for the information that confirms their biases. This person obviously wanted to get out of WEBS but wanted to justify their impulse. Fine, let him. If everybody acted on horror stories about OLBs, nobody would be left in the stocks. Come to think of it, nobody is buying ANY OLB stocks these days, LOL. WEBS is just suffering along with the rest of the industry. DocStone
