Same problem that affect Ebay and the rest- if they spend a single dime on upgrading their systems, or hiring programmers, it will cause their reported "earnings" to go down, which would hurt the executives stock options dumping ability. Better to just slap some duct tape on the leaks and pray everything holds together until you can sell your options and retire. That's what the new-era has taught americans about how to run businesses. God bless america!
