No, I don't think that's likely at all. Suzanne was allegedly seen by Peter Stein around 9:20pm a stone's throw from the police substation where people return keys, she told him she was going to return keys, the Yale police confirm they had the keys in their possession "by 9:30pm", and Suzanne was allegedly seen on the other side of Phelps Gate very soon thereafter. Again, sure it's possible someone else might have returned the keys, but a very very low probability, IMO.

No, I don't know where Peter Stein lived when he was a student (he has since graduated so he's not in the student directory). BTW, Peter ran and lost his bid to become an Alderman in New Haven. Not surprising as he ran as a white Republican in a predominantly black Democratic ward.
