Lehman showed up on the ask this week.

They seemed to show up selling a fair number of shares, especially right after they released a huge downgrade on visx. Of course they are benefiting a lot from the last several days of closing bids in the mid 7s.

However, they will be less likely to sell so much after next Tuesday. I think they decided to hedge part of their long position off, in light of the visx debacle. Or possibly, some of their clients who got clobbered in visx, decided to pull out of snrs. Either way, the current price is a manifestation of short term market forces, and a real market will return in March.

My review indicates that the company should see a surge in revenues after final FDA approval. I plan to lighten up some after a 50% up move, and hold the rest until the final FDA approval, which should come in the April to May timeframe, with July at the absolute latest.

After that, I will reappraise the company fundamentals.
