I would guess that Jackson will be very deliberate in reviewing the law, the case, and how to apply the law to the case. Then he has to write his opinion which could run 100's of pages. Cumbersome stuff with lots of case citations and footnotes. We are probably looking at 3 to 6 months. I could be wrong but I don't think we will see anything next week unless there is a surprise settlement. There's a good reason why those legal pads are so much longer than a normal sheet of paper <vbg> Steve
