SC, there are some who think TPJ make take no more than 3 to 6 WEEKS not months to complete his findings of law. Many feel TPJ has already completed his findings of law in his mind and now he only needs to put it on paper. TPJ has been anti-MSFT from day one and I'd say he'll be done sooner rather than later.

I think for MSFT shareholders it's best we get it over with as soon as possible. If I'm not mistaken, the Friday that TPJ released his findings of facts, MSFT was trading at about the same price it is today. MSFT stock went as low as $85 and change the following Monday and slowly but surely started to climb.

I can't imagine MSFT stock will fare any worse than it did back in November when it's a foregone conclusion that TPJ's findings will not be MSFT friendly. At least back in November, there was a glimmer of hope that he would be impartial. This time around we know he will not.

All aboard!! The Redmond Express is leaving on Monday.

Beep Beep, Choo Choo, MSFT is coming through!!
