in the financials, i see a good portion of the liability is in the form of salaries and loans to officers. i imagine that those will be settled or even forgiven when a deal is found. plus the employment contracts expire in mid-March.

if you search on "shells" or "fully reporting shells" you will find that prices range from $200,000k up.

note that someone has been accumulating the stock...interesting.
