Hi GZ! Wouldn't a Dow close below the July 98 high of 9314 be a Bear Market signal? If you take the Dow high of 11,732 and the low of 7400 in October 98, and average them, it gives about 9550. I was under the impression that the average retracement in a Bull Cycle is approximately 50%.

How did you arrive at Dow 9200? At what point on the Dow and S@P do you say that the cycle has changed from Bullish to Bearish? If the Dow gets down to 9200, the Nasdaq may very well crash.
