[DJ]

I have no doubt that the second DJ story was released and uploaded to AOL, but no one has seen it elsewhere which is strange. On other occasions, I have seen my DJ news feed read "headline removed". I wonder if they had second thoughts on it.

In any case, I'm not concerned about a negative spin that has already been overly priced into the stock. The bottom line on this growth/story stock is that while we are early regarding earnings, the writing is on the wall, and NEC, Motorola, Texas Instruments, Sumitomo, BT/MCI/Alcatel, Westell/Aware/US Robotics/ADI, Microsoft/GTE, ?Cisco, etc., etc. have read the message. They weren't born yesterday. They are some the biggest and best of the telecom world. They have evaluated the business potential, and who are most betting their money on (either directly or indirectly): AMATI! It doesn't matter in the long run about spin, hype, or whatever; this catapillar will metamorphose in to a butterfly over the next year IMHO. I like the ring of a "ten bagger."

Regards,

Richard
