Ramsey, there was a time that we did not have these problems but it was before they were bought out. It never fails that when a company is bought the service declines(or at least that has been my experience). Poor LG (and a few other brave souls) have been severly chastised by many for being so outspoken concerning problems. I as well as others have let them carry the torch but I think it is time that everyone stand behind them and let our problems be known. I just kept hoping it would turn around but it sure is not looking good. I don't hold the guys on the front line (the fellows who try to solve our problems on this thread) responsible. TOP management are the ones who need to be held accountable. Real shame because they really had a winner. Monty PS We used to get enhancements almost weekly but that has even stopped. Sure wish Gibbons and them would buy it back!
