if it wasn't for the setup in the SPX and the nov changeout of the Dow components, i'd be tempted to say we still have to put in a rt shoulder on the dow, BUT... w/out the nov chnageout of components the DOW never made a new high in jan and this whole move WAS a rt shoulder.... ie- jave a look at the NYA 207.61.23.98
