Kaiser says Peruvian may have world-class deposit Peruvian Gold Limited PVO Shares issued 14,227,466 Feb 25 close $0.64 Fri 25 Feb 2000 In the News John Kaiser, writing in the Feb. 21 Bottom-Fish Action for the period Feb. 7 to Feb. 11, says he continues to consider Peruvian Gold at 65 cents one of the best buys in the market today. Mr. Kaiser recommended Peruvian in December, 1999, at 65 cents, and on four previous occasions dating to December, 1994, at prices ranging from 46 cents to 90 cents. In the current report, California?s baron of bottom fishing says the latest results from its Silvertip silver-lead-zinc project in Northern B.C. were neither terrible nor spectacular, which in the current market climate means the company will get no credit for its efforts. On the other hand, Mr. Kaiser says results to date indicate that Silvertip has substantial growth potential. He contends the latest results have two important implications. The first is that high-grade feeder mineralization with minable widths occurs well with the limestone and below the argillites. The second is that any ore located within the limestone would not require expensive support work. Mr. Kaiser concludes that Silvertip could have world-class scale. ¸ Copyright 2000 Canjex Publishing Ltd. canada-stockwatch.com |
