Take note all ye mast headers. I would say that @Home has a serious problem everywhere but where management is focusing resources. ATHM has only one hope and that is to become supreme at facility. "Content" won't do it. Subs won't do it. They can't improve the weak point, the cloud. Their cable partners are equally bagged in the last mile so there is no added value there. Tee to green they're tops, but that doesn't count. You have to play to your strengths. ATHM has no short game and they drive for show. KB is working now to create the future ATHM in a form alien to its present perfectly unclear definition. The form will be similar to what he has already expressed. The company will have no choice but to follow the KB model. The reason why is that KB has something good and it happens to be the only way. He will submit some of his ideas from time to time for evaluation to the peanut gallery.
