Can you really take class action suits seriously?

Remember IBUY? there was a class action suit against them and the same firm as well as other firms all jumping on the bandwagon. The company was sold for under $300M to Compaq and everyone made money except AURIC and possibly you ha ha he he.

So take your class action and stuff it!

You confuse class action lawyers with productive people...they are very similar to you short sellers...you are out only for yourselves. That is a sad state to be in.
