[DJ] Richard-- I checked the WSJ and did a subject search under "ADSL" and the Siemens/Amati release came up, but it was an abbreviated version with none of the negative spin. Your theory may be correct. I wonder if anyone at Amati phoned them? I know they were aware of the article, because I sent it, and when I asked RC about it later, he said their attorneys basically said, "let sleeping dogs lie." However, I don't know if he was referring to situations like this in general or specifically to this one. You're right about Amati's strength and it being a matter of time before others catch on. And "ten bagger" sounded pretty good, too. :) Cheers! Pat
