That is why starting literally thousands of new threads by thousands of different people will get management's attention.

They can't TOS all of us. I personally contribute many thousands of eyeballs a month and I am very sticky.

I have been bitching for month's too. We are seeing the effects of Enterprise compilers and design by committee approaches to product development.

I am a product developer/innovator/project manager in real life. So I do have high standards and also know what I am talking about.

As policy, I make sure that I have time to stomp on the people that think that this type of approach is good as my particular company grows. I have worked for huge companies and tiny companies, empire building and design by committee, IMO, are the two biggest obstacles in getting things done in a superior way.

If I were in charge, I would just fire the lot of existing "programmers" and "managers" now and then hire one or two really good people at very high wages to figure out and improve Brad's existing code and a good manager (such as myself :))) to figure out how to implement the new code without friction.
