curious about the absence of utci emkr Oh the list was just a smattering. It wasn't meant to be inclusive. No rhyme or reason to what got put in. I've got another "straw" that has Uniroyal among other LED or light emitting companies. Actually I just noticed that I shoulda bought AFCO. I put it in a straw at $5+ then considered it again +170%. Missed it twice, grrr. Now it's ~+400%. Actually, I don't recall looking at IIVI. Did you Will? Re: sapphire With the right buffers you can grow ceramic superconductors on sapphire. I don't know if you'd call it research or hopeful production <gg> JF
