I wasn't aware of the pending deadline until today, but that explains the urgency expressed by Barbara at ROVC and why they said they want to get all the filings in by the end of the month.

OT: You should reconsider your rule not to follow anything Pink. I think this whole "Pink thing" has provided us with a once in a lifetime investment opportunity. Buying the right pink sheeted companies at bargain prices while they are pink (or just before they go pink) is a rare opportunity. When they come off the pink sheets they will pop big time.

Of course, the key is buying the RIGHT company. I currently only own two pink companies . . . but they may turn out to be this years biggest gainers for me.
