jblawson, agree fully with the margin requirements argument. since it is hard to believe that bubble boy really thinks changing them would have no effect, we have to consider the possibility that he is afraid of the effect. he may well fear that raising margin requirements would lead to a waterfall decline which he would be blamed for. regards, hb
