Dear Kevin: Actually it isnt JUST the large cap techs that have done well. My sprinkling of small cap companies actually has done better this month percentage wise then the large caps ones. So the rise is a little broader than you say but of course it is primarily in the tech area. As to whether undervalued or not, some of those DOW stocks do in fact appear to me to be at least approaching oversold conditions. JDN
