I suspect I too would follow Malone, Murdoch and Thompson. Me too - so often one almost need not look much further than the idea and the Management...That's a 'thank you' Henry.

Found this on another board. Sorry no direct link to the actual article.

i) -- [B] BRIDGE FOCUS: News Corp's satellite spin-off is a family affair --
By Michael Freeman, Bridge News
Los Angeles--Feb 25--Looking earnestly to leverage a presence in "new" media
with News Corp.'s global satellite holdings, Chairman Rupert Murdoch is casting
a wide net for potential strategic partners and investors.

ii). A little less than 2 weeks ago, Lachlan, 27, and Peter
Macourt, deputy CEO of News Ltd., made a presentation to the Sydney branch
office of Credit Suisse First Boston to lay out plans for creating a global
satellite platform for a wide range of Internet-based video, e-commerce, mobile
telephony and interactive data services.
CS/ First Boston and News Corp. insiders suggest that Platform Co., or
whatever name is assigned to the satellite company, could be filed for a
proposed initial public offering as a separate tracking stock by April or May.

iii). Also expected to be combined under the Platform Co. umbrella is News Digital
Systems (82%), a maker of encryption and digital software systems, and TV Guide
International (20%), the publishing and electronic program guide arm created by
News Corp.'s partnership in Gemstar International Group Inc. with AT&T's Liberty
Media Group.
