Andre- Well that's interesting because in 99Q4, TLAB had a gain from the SALE of AFC stock. So they sell a significant chunk in Q4 and then buy it back in Q1? If the details are accurate, it's kind of odd.

I can tell you factually that the sale of AFC stock had added an additional $.05/share to TLAB's net profit for Q4. That is how TLAB stated it.

I can tell you factually that there was an increase in the cash assets of TLAB of $31,000,000 in Q4. Due to an increase in the value of their remaining shares of AFC stock. That is also how TLAB stated it.

From the above info and details of the 13G, maybe a CPA could figure out what is going on. I can't. -MikeM(From Florida)
