Paul I have always said this is an art not a science. The art comes in when I felt Lu had declined to the point of strongsupport the stock moved back and forth and put in a couple of bottoms. I begin to scale in. Small first, then a little more and then on the buy signal I finished up the lot. With the BP probably now below 30% and LU bucking the trend it was a good play I think. This is only about 15% of the funds I have ready to invest in other stocks when the NYSE BP finds a bottom. I am comfortable with Lucent. I would never have done this with the high flying internuts.
