CRISIL in JV with Satyam Infoway

The Credit Rating Information Services of India Ltd (CRISIL) has entered into an agreement with internet service provider Satyam Infoway to improve B2B (business to business) e-commerce on the Internet.

"CRISIL has joined hands with Satyam Infoway to develop a series of initiatives to improve the B2B e-commerce on the net," the rating agency said in a statement.

The statement said the two companies were exploring various models to work together to develop standards, processes, methodologies, research information and service performance ratings for companies.
