I seem to like the deal more then the market given the price on Friday.

I really like the bare minimum share dilution, it would seem that their internal management accountants have been working overtime to figure out how much they actually need right now. This approach is risky though, the upside of less shares versus going back to market later in the year, after all the wolf could blow the house down in the meantime. I am inclined to side with their decision.

There was a good article on stockhouse yesterday, or late thur. night, which gave more numbers to the DSL market. It isn't going to disappear regardless of the NASDQ, so the worst i see is they go back to a sh#t market and raise capital at $10 again. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

In the first 8 minutes Yorkton bought 334,700 shares, of which only 265,000 were a cross within themselves.

Nesbit and Merril were selling en mase?
