brk, interesting, you expect a big pullback? I think we are already having it, because everything is down except certain B2B and tech stocks. Like PXCM, except it is now. What is your thinking on the pullback, are you including tech in that?

I don't think there is going to be a pullback, I think we are going to run into another big month somewhere in March-April, probably after Greenspan raises rates again, or if he doesn't, either way.

Its funny, I think the patterns people predict do come true more likely than randomness, but last year one time I went to the library and looked up back issues of the WSJ to see what the chart patterns were year to year for a while back. One year, 1995, the market went straight up pretty much all year. Some years there was a huge run up in May through July, 1997 was one I think, which isn't "supposed" to happen.

I still consider myself a newbie at this, having only traded for a year now, but one thing I have learned so far is that nobody really knows what is going to happen for sure. You only have probabilities. But that is all you need.[g]
