Hi John - Cree might have been more interested in me as a customer if I wanted 10,000 units to test rather than one or two. <<gg>>Also to be fair, I believe that Cree doesn't make the finished product, just the "guts" of the LED. Nevertheless it's annoying that they are missing a good cheap PR opportunity by not making something like a small LED sample flashlight available. I've heard that they did give one away at the annual meeting, but I would be happy to pay. If Cree LED are really as bright as Nichia, why do all the flashlight makers use the latter? Of course, Cree white LED may be "bright enough" for most uses, especially considering cost and ease of mounting. After the big stock run up I should be happy,so maybe I'm just like a spoiled child complaining because his cracker jack box doesn't contain the toy he wanted.
I've owned CTXS for quite a while. I think MSFT needs CTXS more than the other way around. CTXS is moving beyond Windows too, and is already beta testing Metaframe for Solaris, with Linux to follow. A recent announcement said ICA will be added to the Psion operating system. It's still very early in the thin client game, and MSFT is hardly in a legal position to kill what it can't buy.
