Drakes,

What, in your opinion, do you see happening with ABTX going forward from here? Will they be at all successful in their re-org attempt? Will they simply cease to exist? And, if they are successful, how will the shareholders be affected (reverse split? new dilution? shares replaced with shares in new company?)?

Never having been through this type of thing with any company I've held I don't have a clue as what to expect.

Your thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.
