Brian, a forecast straight from Yale >Robert Schiller, an economist at Yale University, says the market is experiencing a speculative bubble. Company valuations are at record highs, he says, and he forecasts that the Dow will still be at 10,000 in the year 2020. In a book entitled ``Irrational Exuberance,' Schiller argues that most arguments supporting a rise in the stock market are flawed. For example, productivity increases caused by the Internet won't necessarily drive stock prices higher.<
