BIFURCATED MARKET missed by CNBC's reporting! I am finding myself more and more wearied of the way in which CNBC's reporting of the market is entirely missing the reality that there are two markets. Again and again we hear that the market has gone down 200 points in the last three days, and questions abound about whether the market correction will turn into a bear market, etc., etc.

Which "market" are they talking about? The nasdaq is still zooming ever upward and has only once even headed back to its 50 day EMA line since the later fall.

CNBC needs to work carefully on its vocabulary or else it will continue people's confusion instead of adding to their clarity. The debate on Friday near 7 a.m. with Gary Kiminsky, Bill Meehan, and one other gentleman was a step in the right direction.
