I would like to add to the two previous posts, I am a monkey see, monkey do kind of person when I do not understand something and I DO NOT understand options.

My questions are these:

1. I am away from my office a lot and in court away from a phone.......the Federal Court does not allow phones to be brought into them thanks to Oklahoma City bombings and other reasons. Do you need to be near a phone to make moves at a moments notice?

2. If a stock like Qcom becomes a quick mover, as in a big news announcement, can you get in big trouble if you are out of pocket(say in trial) for a few days. In the past you have alluded to big announcements in the future such as Nokia and AT&T, etc. etc. I personally think that the CTIA conference in New Orleans Feb 28-Mar 1 will open some eyes to the future of wireless. I was going to go but have to meet with a surgeon for my surgery (nothing major, just an old sports injury).

3. I am sure you will address this, but what are the upsides and down sides as in percentages of success vs failure.

Thanking you for your time and energy in advance,

JA (Voodoo Moonie in Options Training)
