Thanks for the details. Per the income statement,
I see that the (total commission) / (total premium) ratio
is about 24.8%

Per your numbers, this ratio for a family plan
is about 27.8%

It is correct to conclude that this ratio is less
for a small business plan?

Anyway, I find your input to be more consistent with
what the income statement shows when compared to
some of the info that I read on other boards.
