Peter, good find, the following from Herb Greenberg I found the most interesting as to those interested in potentially shorting biotechs:

<Which leads to hard-knock lesson No. 1: Be careful of shorting industries in which the public is essentially providing venture capital. Cash, after all, is king. If the industry gets momentum, access to capital may be greater than even its most fanatic fans believe. And with enough capital, many an industry can do more than merely get off the ground.>

There still remains lots of capital to come into this sector. I hear that the investment bankers are really doing a push now for secondaries. They have a lot of $ lined up.
