You can get a basic idea of what they do (existing and new) from here: twotrades.com If you research further in some other places you'll find that they recently purchased Hong Kong Batteries, a company already possessing a large revenue stream and whose products recently received UL approval for sales in U.S. outlets such as Wal-Mart, Radio Shack etc. You'll also find that they are expecting to get a contract from philips.com for cell phone batteries. Why is the stock so inexpensive? I believe it's because the market has overlooked the recent substantial changes as indicated pro-forma in the latest 8-K filing.
