Dopey Houses, Barrons, WSJ, etc. It's like they have a bad relationship or a bad marriage (the Old Economy)--too much invested in it, don't want to admit it's gone wrong. First they go and have an affair, get a taste (the New Economy). Then they simply have to get a divorce. It's PAINFUL. Tough admissions. Lots of losses. Everybody's gotta grow. Learn for themselves.
