The licencing rev is gravy, but the analysts are looking past that, so don't be too concerned. If Mosaid is to earn a PMCS kind of multiple some day it will be on the basis of some wins in the networking chip fabless side of their business. We will find out one way or the other this year. 5 alpha customers reviewing the CAM design right now, and these 5 supposedly include at least one "tier 1" telcom/network equip maker. News of a big name lead customer must/could come this year inwhich case the stock gets one of those nice juicy ?0 x forward rev multiples.

Also if you have been watching the goings on at Chrysalis you get the sense that IPO is not far off. They are adding high quality management bench strength. If the Encryption and CAM projects hit the mark we could have next years TSE top performer right in our jeans.

If these events do not unfold, I think we se a price decline by Dec 2000.
