These valuations are very much being backfilled..... not to the 10-20X that some stocks are sporting, but to a degree that just couldn't have been expected. The INCY offering last week convinced me to reverse course and throw some bucks at the "relatively undervalued".

This is great. From left for dead, Summer '98, to this.

I tried to comment during and after this year's H&Q. Dot Coms had been assigned to the Grand Ballroom, and it was often nearly empty. One could not squeeze into most biotech presentations. At the same time, a major theme emerged..... "the morphing of the bioinvestors into venture investors.
