Qualcomm especially has provided investors with many opportunities to buy on it's dips. In fact it's current price I would say qualifies as one of those times, wouldn't you agree.

Q's present price is where it was in Dec of 99, after an enormous runup.

What I usually see with people who buy on pullbacks goes as follows.

Stock jumps from 50 to 100. "I will buy on a pullback."

Stock jumps from 100 to 150, and pulls back to 125. "Oh, boy! I will buy now on this pullback!"
