The change in leadership at Aetna is probably the reason
for the recent decline (other than the entire market downturn anyway). I would think though this would speed up
the project if possible though. Since I am sure the new
CEO would not like to pay the development costs in the
short term. And Aetna may actually be in a position to
make more noise on this to increase their shareholder value.
