Creditman, I am considering purchasing TSEM and have done a lot of research. I know about their MicroFlash memory, the CMOS imaging, the conversion of capacity to high profit products and the new fab. I have read up on their fabless partner Saifun Semiconductor and am aware of the flash memory shortage that will last for the next ten months. The only thing that scares me about TSEM is the history of the stock. Why isn't this stock going to continue with it's past pattern? Also while researching the competition I came across this thread: Message 12536323 I would appreciate your opinion if you feel like taking the time. david
