Romarco just announced they were doing that with a subsidiary and the stock doubled and that is before they lift the trading halt on the sub (Tularee resources). I think they are doing the right thing. The odd thing is many are doing it just as the BEAR market is beginning and the BULL market in the resource sector is starting...Murphy's law or is it the Law of the Jungle?
